Dropee 3PL Order Fulfillment Process: Frozen Items
1. Supplier informs Dropee via WhatsApp when items ordered
will be ready for pick-up from warehouse (Date & Time) and
inform Dropee representatives on the number of boxes to be
delivered.
*Contents of any box should be less than 20kg.
**Dimensions of the boxes should be informed (H x L x W).
2. Dropee arranges for pick-up with our logistic provider
based on the date & time provided by Supplier.
*Delivery of orders will strictly be within same day delivery
using cars!
We are looking to expand the range of vehicles in the
coming months, so stay tuned!
3. Supplier prepares items for pick-up.
4. Dropee 3PL logistics partner picks up & delivers items to
end buyers within 2-3 hours!
Recommended Packaging for Frozen Items
Dropee 3PL Order Fulfillment: Courier
1. Supplier informs Dropee via WhatsApp when items ordered will be ready for
pick-up from warehouse (Date & Time) and inform Dropee representatives
on the number of boxes to be delivered.*
*Note that if you have multiple items to deliver, it should be packed into 1 huge
box (each box should weigh no more than 20kg)
*Contents of any box weighing more than 20kg should be repacked into
another box weighing less than 20kg. Please notify Dropee’s representatives
on the number of boxes to be delivered via WhatsApp.
2. Dropee arranges for pick-up with our 3PL provider based on the date & time
provided by Supplier.
3. Dropee will email over the Airway Bill (AWB) to Supplier’s WhatsApp along
with the tracking number.
4. Supplier prepares items for pick-up & stick AWB on the package(s), 1
unique AWB per package. Supplier to key in the tracking number into the
dashboard for buyer to refer to.
5. Dropee 3PL courier picks up & delivers items to end buyers.

1. Supplier informs Dropee via WhatsApp when items ordered will be ready for

on the number of boxes to be delivered.*
