It’s time to set up your account!
This section shows you how to set up your supplier page, shipping terms and payment terms.

Let’s jump right in. We’ve prepared a step-by-step checklist to guide you through your account setup, so you can get it done quickly and efficiently.

Your Account Setup Checklist

Be a Seller
  1. Go to www.borong.com and click “Be A Seller” at the top of the page.

  2. Fill in the following information.
  3. Click on “Register As Seller” once you’re done.

The Setup Wizard
  1. Step 1
    1. Store Front Page
      Enter your information for the Setup Wizard, and click on “Submit”.
    2. Shipping Settings
      Enter your information for the Setup Wizard, and click on “Submit”.
    3. Setup Payment
      Enter your information for the Setup Wizard, and click on “Submit”.
  2. Step 2
    To confirm your information, click on “Activate Account” under your Setup Status.
  3. Step 3
    Your information will be reviewed by the Borong team. You will receive an email once your account has been verified.

Now that you have set up your account, it’s time to upload your products

There are 2 ways you can upload your products : 

  1. Upload individual products through your Products Dashboard.
  2. Bulk Upload products via a Bulk Upload Sheet

Your store banner and logo are the gatekeeper of your website. They highlight your brand image, and show customers who you are.


To display your store banner and logo on your page, send them in PNG/JPG format to our support team via our Sellers Support WhatsApp Chat.


You may send us two of your Banner Designs – One for Desktop and One for Mobile/Tablet. We will upload them to your page on your behalf.

Requirements for your banners:

  1. Design your store banner in PNG or JPG Only. Sizing requirement:
    • Desktop: 1400 x 400 pixels
    • Mobile: 800 x 533 pixels

Recommendations for your banners: 

Include the following:

      1. High-Resolution Product Pictures of bestsellers.
      2. Company/Brands logo
      3. A Tagline

NOTE: Please ensure that your business information is not shown on your banners, as they will not be uploaded. This includes your :

  • Address
  • Contact Number
  • Social Media Pages
  • Website

Alternatively, if you do not have a banner prepared, we will be able to assist in creating the banners for you as part of our paid Digital Marketing Services as stated in your Supplier Agreement Form.

Looks like an order has been made for your products. What now? This section answers some of the most frequently asked questions about your payment.

  1. How do I get paid? You will receive payment in your stipulated bank account.

  2. How do I find the details of my payment? You may refer to your Remittance Advice on the payment details and breakdown. A Remittance Advice is a proof of payment document sent to inform the supplier that their invoice has been paid. You will receive the Remittance Advice the following Monday after the payment has been made. 
  3. When do I get paid? Once an order has been picked up or delivered to the customer, you will receive your payment on Friday of the following week. For example, if a customer receives an order on Tuesday, August 4th, you will receive your payment on Friday, August 14th.

By default, the store contact address is the email address you’ve used to sign up for Borong. The same applies for your password. If you’d like to change either, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on the human icon on the top right of your screen, or bottom left of your settings, and select “User Profile”.

  2. Click “Edit” to fill in your new email address and/or password in the boxes.


  3. Remember to click “Save” after you’re done!
